Christmas is here!

Tonight we got most of the family together and put up a christmas tree at mama Di's. Justen made a fire, I made a apple spice cake, the boys brought Krispy Kreme, Clarissa brought the christmas music, and Jamie and Brad let us use one of their christmas trees. We had to talk mama Di into putting up a christmas tree, when we first got over there you could tell she didn't want to do it, but the more we did the more she loved it. We all had so much fun, everyone hung out together in the living room. Haley and Tyson where just chill tonight and hanging out together. We had a busy day with seeing santa, doing gingerbread houses, and bringing christmas to the Beatty house. It really was a perfect night, and now we are really ready for christmas!!

Thanksgiving!

We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving day with all the Beatty's at Kurt and Clarissa's house. We had so many people there that we had three turkey's and one ham. There was so much good food. Tim and his girlfriend came over as well as Beatty cousins. Ashley and her husband Terry came in for the day. We also were excited to have Randy and Linda with us this year and Ryan even came up to be with us all. We had all the Beatty boys except for Brad and his family, we are always missing one it seems like. It was so nice everyone together and just hang out and throw the football or go upstairs and watch Achmed the dead terrorist (which is sooooo funny- it is on you tube. Thanks Justen for finding that one!). We can't wait for christmas, if anyone needs anywhere to go- the Beatty door is always open. We know how to have a good time!!

Another family dinner

We had our regular family dinner this past sunday, and we were excited because aunt Linda was there to enjoy it with us. The meal was like Thanksgiving had come early because we had ham, shrimp, pots, frog eye, salad, and a ton of veggies. It was AMAZING, thanks to everyone who brought stuff. It really was like the perfect evening, the boys were all outside throwing the football and the girls were just hanging out and visiting. Then the girls all made it out to the barn to go hunting for good stuff, we all had so much fun. Justen and Matt- we hope you feel better.
